Role Overview: As a member of the Security and Resilience Services team at Google, you will contribute to ensuring the safety and security of Google employees and events. You will play a key role in developing a resilient security environment to ensure the smooth operation of Google activities. Your responsibilities will include continuous identification, assessment, and mitigation of enterprise risks that may impact business operations, as well as providing essential information for critical decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and programs for sustainable effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement training programs for internal and external security personnel to ensure the highest quality of security, integrating data security and physical security programs throughout the supply chain. - Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain security programs, enhance security toolkits, conduct audits, compile relevant statistics, and reports. - Manage or develop a team of supply chain security personnel globally, as well as oversee and lead a foundational security program implementation team of third-party suppliers. - Identify security risks and threats across the entire supply chain and Google's third-party supplier locations, devise risk reduction strategies, evaluate and update relevant security standards, and communicate with stakeholders and suppliers. - Monitor security program metrics and third-party supplier security programs, identify trends, prepare reports, as well as suggest program enhancements, support investigations, and monitor compliance within the supply chain. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in supply chain security, risk management, or related field.
