Training Rite

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele caller cum Counsellor to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective students, counselling them about our online training programs, and ensuring successful enrollments to achieve monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads, prospects, and inquiries. Explain training programs, course benefits, fees, and outcomes clearly to students/parents. Understand the learning needs of students and provide career counselling accordingly. Follow-up with leads regularly to convert them into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets. Build and maintain positive relationships with students for future referrals. Requirements: Proven experience as a Tele caller / Counsellor / Sales Executive (preferably in education or training industry). Excellent communication and persuasive skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus). Ability to handle objections and convert hesitant prospects into enrollments. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve targets. Minimum qualification: 12th, Graduate (any stream).
