As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing onboarding guidelines, materials, and training resources to ensure mentors are well-prepared. Your focus will be on providing ongoing support to mentors to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships. In addition, you will conduct market research, including competitive analysis, to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of your role as you work together to create and evaluate new product ideas based on market insights. You will oversee the product life cycle, managing all stages from planning and development to launch and phase-out. Monitoring product performance and identifying areas for improvement or adjustment will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that products meet quality standards and remain competitive throughout their life cycle will be crucial. You will facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align with project goals and deadlines, organize regular meetings, resolve issues, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. Acting as a point of contact to address and resolve conflicts, maintaining a productive workflow will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and improving the learning management system to meet the needs of users and the organization. Regularly reviewing the system, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing updates to enhance functionality and usability will be part of your role. Collecting user feedback to inform and guide future system updates, maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely project completion will also be important tasks.
