This role involves Level 1 and Level 2 support, Swagger API workarounds, training content creation, user permission management, and documentation upkeep. All you need is... Level 1 and Level 2 Support Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the RF cell site design product. Resolve user issues promptly and escalate complex cases as needed. Swagger API Workarounds Develop and implement effective workarounds for Swagger API-related challenges. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth integration and functionality. Training Recordings Create and maintain comprehensive training recordings. Ensure materials are current and easily accessible to users. User Permission Management Manage user access and permissions in accordance with company policies. Maintain security and compliance standards. Training Portal Maintenance Update and manage content on the training portal. Monitor usage and address any technical or content-related issues. Confluence Page Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on Confluence. Work with team members to ensure clarity and completeness of information.
