As a Learning Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the training programs and ensure quality delivery. You will be responsible for various tasks including: - Monitoring the performance of trainers and ensuring high-quality training sessions. - Managing batches and academic activities efficiently. - Engaging with students to ensure their readiness and active participation. - Conducting assessments and providing feedback to students for their improvement. - Coordinating placement activities for students and ensuring successful batch closures. To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in conducting soft skill training sessions. - Proficiency in Tamil language is a must. - Strong knowledge of Excel for effective data management.
