Stay informed about state and national educational trends, strategies, and policies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Experience working in an educational setting or with adolescents preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff. Empathy and a genuine desire to support students' personal and academic growth. Ability to conduct assessments and interpret educational data effectively. Familiarity with college admissions processes and career counseling resources.
