Sales Quality Analyst Role Purpose: To establish and maintain the gold standard for sales conversations at NxtWave, and to serve as the core human intelligence driving the development of our next-generation AI-powered call auditing platform. About the Role: We are looking for sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented individuals to form the founding team of our new Sales Quality division. With over 4,000 sales calls happening daily, ensuring consistent quality is paramount to our success. In this role, you will start by manually auditing sales calls to become a deep subject matter expert on what a successful conversation at NxtWave looks like. But this is not a typical, manual QA job. Your primary mission is to use your insights to help us build a revolutionary AI tool that will automate call auditing in the future. You will contribute to our product team, translating your observations into actionable feedback that will directly train our AI models. Once the tool is live, your role will evolve to supervising the AI, verifying its findings, and analyzing high-level trends to provide strategic insights to sales leadership. This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to launch a career at the intersection of sales, technology, and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Manual Call Auditing: Meticulously listen to and audit a significant volume of recorded sales calls against a predefined quality and compliance guidelines. Insight Generation: Identify and document patterns of excellence, common objections, and areas for agent improvement across the sales team. Reporting: Compile and deliver clear, data-driven reports on call quality to sales managers and stakeholders until the automated tool is operational. AI Model Training & Feedback: Act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product team. Provide structured feedback, call examples, and nuanced insights to help train and refine the AI auditing tool. Process Iteration: Contribute to the evolution of the quality scorecard and help test the logic and prompts used by the AI tool. AI Supervision: Once the tool is deployed, you will review and validate the AI's reports, perform manual spot-checks to ensure accuracy, and focus on analyzing the macro-level insights generated by the system. What We're Looking For: 0-3 years of experience, preferably in a role requiring high attention to detail (quality assurance, auditing, proofreading, or even a detail-oriented customer service/sales role). Exceptional Listening & Analytical Skills: The ability to listen intently, catch subtle details in a conversation, and identify root causes. A Deeply Curious and Tech-Savvy Mindset: You are excited by new technologies and eager to understand how AI works. No prior AI experience is required, but a genuine passion for learning is essential. Pattern Recognition: You can connect the dots between hundreds of calls to see the bigger picture and identify trends. Excellent Communication: Ability to articulate your findings clearly, both in written reports and in feedback sessions with the product team. High Degree of Objectivity and Integrity: You can follow a structured process and provide unbiased feedback consistently. Purpose of the Sales Training-Lead : Aakash is looking for an experienced Sales Training-Lead who shall be responsible for supervising, designing, implementing, evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, to make them job ready and drive business growth. Conduct refresher training workshops for the targeted audience (leadership) in line with the branch needs. 6. Develop and facilitate knowledge checks/online assessments on monthly basis. 7. Administer vendor trainings. 8. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve the LD offerings. 9. Lead the team and ensure effective team management skills and team development. 10. Stay abreast with latest industry changes, understand learning gaps & develop required training content. To be successful in the Sales Training-Lead Role you are required to have: 1. Strong communication & Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask with strong business acumen. 3. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, ability to handle team dynamics, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines. 4. Proficiency in content creation (ppt & video based) using tools like Camtesia, Canva and other content development tools. 5. Ability of stakeholder & vendor management. 6. Occasional Travel. 7. Exposure to Learning Management System would be an added advantage. Must to have Attitude: 1. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and has enterprising style of work. 2. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive. 3. Emotional intelligence to work and lead the team. Qualification: Post-Graduate in any discipline (Preferably full time MBA) Experience: 1. 10 to 12 years of experience into Sales Training. Preferably having direct sales experience. 2. 2 to 3 Years of experience in team management.
