Training Executive- Geriatric Care

As a Training Executive specializing in Geriatric Care at Nightingales Medical Trust, you will play a crucial role in the organization's mission to improve the well-being of the elderly. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting various training sessions such as Centralized/Onsite/Virtual/Refresher Clinical Training sessions with a focus on geriatric care, dementia care, and other relevant topics as determined by the training department. - Collaborating with the Training team to identify training needs, create comprehensive training plans, and organize clinical postings with practical demonstrations. - Implementing adult learning methodologies and interactive techniques like role plays and case studies to create an engaging learning environment. - Working closely with the Training Manager to develop customized training materials and assess participants" understanding through pre- and post-assessments. - Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training, providing continuous support to trainees, and conducting refresher sessions when necessary. - Compiling training reports, maintaining attendance and performance records, and assisting in coordinating training programs with healthcare facilities, NGOs, and community organizations. Key qualifications and skills for this role include: - Proficiency in bedside nursing procedures. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. - Strong communication and teaching abilities. - Familiarity with simulation-based training. - Proficiency in MS Office Tools and Online Training Platforms. Additionally, a willingness to travel within Bangalore for training purposes is essential.
