Job Description

As a Training Executive specializing in Geriatric Care at Nightingales Medical Trust, you will be an integral part of our organization's mission to enhance the well-being of the elderly. If you are a dynamic individual with a profound commitment to working with the elderly and possess a Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. Nursing/GNM, we invite you to join our multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting various training sessions such as Centralized/Onsite/Virtual/Refresher Clinical Training sessions, focusing on geriatric care, dementia care, and other relevant subjects identified by the training department. You will collaborate with the Training team to identify training needs, develop comprehensive training plans, and facilitate clinical postings with practical demonstrations for participants. Utilizing adult learning methodologies and interactive techniques like role plays and case studies, you will ensure an engaging and effective learning environment. Additionally, you will work closely with the Training Manager to prepare training materials tailored to participants" needs and assess their understanding through pre- and post-assessments. Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness, providing ongoing support to trainees, and facilitating refresher sessions as required are crucial aspects of your role. You will be responsible for preparing training reports, maintaining attendance and performance records, and supporting the coordination of training programs with healthcare facilities, NGOs, and community organizations. Essential skills for this role include proficiency in bedside nursing procedures, fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada, excellent communication and teaching skills, and knowledge of simulation-based training, MS Office Tools, and Online Training Platforms. A willingness to travel within Bangalore for training purposes is also required.
