Training Coordination: Schedule and coordinate training sessions (classroom, online, OJT). Maintain training calendars and notify stakeholders. Develop and update training content, SOPs, presentations, and assessments. Training Documentation: Maintain training records, attendance logs, feedback forms, and SOP training matrices. Ensure timely documentation and archival of training records in compliance with regulatory requirements. Onboarding Support: Facilitate induction training for new joiners as per approved training plan. LMS Operation (if applicable): Upload training materials and track progress in the Learning Management System. Generate training compliance reports. Audit Support: Provide training records and summaries during internal/external audits. Compliance Monitoring: Track training due dates, send reminders, and ensure timely completion. Escalate non-compliance cases to management. Analyse training effectiveness using metrics and feedback.
