Role Overview: W ill be responsible for executing training programs for junior engineering staff, ensuring they develop the necessary foundational skills and knowledge to progress within the company. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver Induction sessions to Employees Coordination of Training programs and complete training arrangements Program Execution: Deliver training modules designed for entry-level engineering skills, including basic technical knowledge and software use.
