We are currently seeking a Recruitment Specialist (Customer Service Experience) for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the sourcing, hiring, and interviewing of potential candidates, overseeing the complete recruitment process, and organizing training sessions for new recruits. Your responsibilities will also involve maintaining regular communication with applicants, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the enhancement of our recruitment strategies.
