Role & responsibilities : Identify the overall training needs based on the requirement of the operations in coordination with managers and repeat the same in case the processes or technologies change. Identify individual developmental training needs of people based on the feedback from the supervisor. Based on the training needs, develop the training content for imparting to the people. Ensure the development of a training plan and training calendar for imparting training to the staff on an ongoing basis. Ensure monitoring of the change in the competencies after the training is done and provide the same for the supervisor/ employees. Maintain the record of the training in the employee records. Facilitate / Conduct the training on sales, safety, process, quality, etc. as per the requirements of the policies in the Mandatory Training Programs. Create and implement different types of mechanisms to measure training effectiveness Development of training modules. Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience in creating dashboards and data analysis. Ideal candidate would be someone who has: Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and other training software. Experience in the FMCG, dairy or agriculture industry is a plus. Geographical exposure of North India. Willingness of frequent travelling.
