As a Training Specialist in this Full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions focused on BPO/customer service skills. Your primary duty will be to train students in communication, soft skills, voice & accent, and domain-specific knowledge. To create real-world scenarios, you will utilize role-plays, mock calls, and simulations. Tracking learner progress and providing constructive feedback will be essential tasks to ensure the effectiveness of the training sessions. In addition to conducting pre and post training assessments to measure learning outcomes, you will also be required to prepare session plans, assessments, and training aids. Collaboration with placement teams to align training with industry expectations is a key aspect of this role. Motivating students and building their confidence for job interviews will be crucial in preparing them for success in the industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in training and 1 year of experience in BPO. Proficiency in English is preferred for this position. The work location is in person.
