Develop and deliver training programs for General Duty Assistant candidates (GDAs).
Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Create and maintain up-to-date training materials.
Requirements:
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) degree.
3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
Training experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
