Job Title: Trainer / Career Guidance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring dynamic and passionate professionals to deliver career guidance seminars and workshops for final-year students in pharmacy, engineering, and arts & science colleges across South India.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging career-focused seminars and soft skills training at institutions
Guide students on international education pathways, course options, and study abroad opportunities
Travel to partner colleges and represent the organization in outreach programs
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s preferred
3–7 years of experience in training, counselling, or educational outreach
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Background in industry or academia
Willingness to travel frequently
