We are looking for a dedicated Soft Skills cum Student Support Trainer to foster a holistic and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will conduct soft skills sessions, support practical-based teaching, and guide students in personal and professional development while maintaining essential records and contributing to community-level engagement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct soft skills and personality development sessions
Support practical-based teaching for students
Use activity-based teaching methods
Maintain student attendance and training records
Provide student counseling and mentorship
Ensure an effective and engaging learning environment
Communicate in English, Hindi, and Telugu
Collaborate with the team and handle students empathetically
Participate in community outreach when needed

Educational Qualifications:

03 years of experience
3+ years of experience in Soft Skills training with various skill development centres
