Job Title: Trainer – Operations (Healthcare) Location: Delhi Department: Operations Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 40k to 50k CTC About the Role: Go Samplify is looking for a Trainer – Operations to support our healthcare logistics and service delivery team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in healthcare operations and patient services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating home collection of blood, urine, and other diagnostic samples Support daily scheduling and routing of phlebotomists Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and address queries Help maintain service quality and timely reporting Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Track operational metrics and assist in reporting Learn and adhere to healthcare compliance and safety standards Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge Interest in healthcare delivery and logistics Quick learner, team player, and detail-oriented Prior internship or hospital/lab experience is a plus Career Growth: Top-performing trainees will be considered for permanent roles in Operations, Quality, or Healthcare Management.
