We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Technical Trainer who can effectively train candidates, enhance their technical knowledge, and prepare them for industry-ready roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions for candidates as per project requirements.
Deliver technical training modules in areas such as IT fundamentals, software tools, troubleshooting, and related topics (as per project needs).
Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments.
Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand training requirements.
Ensure high-quality training delivery aligned with industry standards.
Support placement teams by validating candidates' technical skill readiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
