Program Evaluation: Evaluate and refine senior-level training programs, ensuring alignment with engineering goals and business objectives. Able to perform vendor management and establish institutional tie-ups and arrange external training programs Mentorship: Foster mentorship relationships that enable knowledge sharing and professional development within the engineering team.
