Trainee-Talent Acquisition, 0-1 yr , Trivandurm Job Description Job Postings Preparation of Job Description and Job Specification Proper use of Job Sites including Naukri, indeed, etc. Sourcing the profiles from job portals for clients. Telephonic Screening of the candidate profiles. Scheduling Interviews for the candidates. Maintaining candidate database. Keep all reports up to date. Effective use of Application Tracking System and overall assistance to the whole recruitment team. Social media activities and coordination with the IT department. Improving the revenue through lateral recruitments. Coordination with the Hiring Managers. Assisting Hiring Managers for improved success rate by sourcing maximum suitable candidates in less time frame.Experience: 0-1 yr exp in recruitment Work Location: Trivandrum, Kazhakoottam Department: Recruitment & Placement Eligibility: MBA, Priority for candidates available for immediate joining.
