Trainee Research Associate

The candidate will be conducting patent and non-patent literature searches including prior-art, freedom to operate, invalidation and other searches, providing insightful analysis of search results from various sources by preparing and delivering timely, value-added patent search reports based on in-house established patent search protocols. Need to Draft provisional and complete specifications for patent applications.

· Patent Drafting.

· Prepare patent evaluation reports.

· Carry out proper assessment of patents.

· Respond to the queries raised by the client on certain patents.

· Carry out thorough literature search and submit the report to Technical Head.

· Referring of various journals and gather relevant information.

· Short listing of relevant patents/applications and do thorough analysis of key pertinent patents/applications.

· Read file history of relevant patents.

· Review the literature alert patents/applications and respond to clients with proper conclusions.

· Support the team in generating critical / complex IPR reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
