Trainee QA Analyst

As a Trainee QA Analyst Apprentice at Naviga Inc., located in Noida, you will have the opportunity to join our Center of Excellence (COE) team. This apprenticeship role, lasting for 12 months, is tailored to provide you with valuable hands-on experience in software testing. Working closely with experienced QA professionals, you will delve into executing test cases for web applications, understanding testing tools, and ensuring software quality. Your responsibilities will include learning and performing test cases for web applications, logging and verifying bugs using tools such as Jira, actively participating in team meetings and planning sessions, assisting in test data preparation and environment setup, testing for usability and performance, supporting the QA team during releases, and documenting your observations for continuous improvement. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized university. A basic understanding of manual testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, and bug lifecycle is required. Additionally, having a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration are essential. Preferred competencies for this role include being technically proficient, action-oriented, highly collaborative, curious, innovative, comfortable with ambiguity, and displaying ethical character and competence.
