Job Description

Hire the right people quickly by managing job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding. Plan employee engagement activities to keep the team connected, motivated and productive. Set up a simple performance review system (monthly or quarterly) to track goals and growth. Identify training needs and organize learning sessions or resources to upskill the team. Maintain employee records, HR policies and compliance with laws. Support the leadership in building team structures and planning for future hiring needs. Be a go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and feedback. Help shape and protect the startup culture by aligning HR activities with business goals. Requirements Fresher to 2 years of experience (preferably in a startup or small business) Management Graduate preferable. Good communication and people skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently Eagerness to learn and grow with the startup Benefits Work directly to CEO Opportunity to explore all aspects of Human Resources You are the first HR person in the startup
