Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive and assign service calls to field engineers.
• Track job status and ensure timely completion.
• Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance.
• Manage warranty details and renew AMC/CMC contracts.
• Keep service logs, equipment records, and customer details updated.
• Handle customer calls, questions, and complaints.
• Collect feedback after service visits.
• Support sales team before and after sales.
• Follow up daily with field teams to update records.
• Talk to key customers and give regular support.
• Handle IndiaMART and other inquiry calls.
• Communicate well in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reports and data analysis.
• Share updates and reports with senior management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
