Trainee Chemist

Job Description: As an R&D Chemist / Scientist at our company located in Medchal, you will be an essential part of our Research & Development department. Your main responsibilities will include: - Developing and optimizing formulations to support product innovation - Conducting lab-scale experiments to ensure product quality and performance - Supporting innovation through continuous product and process research To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in chemistry and demonstrate a hands-on approach to lab work and documentation. Additionally, you will be reporting to the R&D Manager / Head R&D. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field - Proven experience in formulating and optimizing chemical products - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the benefit of food provided at the work location.
