Roles and Resposibilities: Roles and Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify high-potential areas for onboarding drivers. Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure engagement and satisfaction. Make cold calls and follow-up calls to leads and prospects to assist in conversions. Highlight trends, concerns, and opportunities observed in the market. Conduct market studies for new zones based on business potential and operational parameters. Educate drivers on platform benefits, operational processes, and incentives. Ensure proper documentation and verification during onboarding.
