Trainee Applications Analyst As a trainee application Analyst, you would be working closely with customers. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. The role requires managing a ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of application support principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll oversee practices and processes to ensure integrity, safety and availability of all data and applications as part of an organization's information systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and effective technical support to end-users regarding application-related inquiries, issues, and incidents through various communication channels. Troubleshoot and diagnose software application problems reported by users, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions. Respond to incoming tickets from customers in an effective and efficient manner. Identify, research, and resolve all problems, questions, and concerns within defined service level agreements (SLA). Document, track and monitor the problems and issues to ensure a timely resolution. Make sure you communicate with accurate data and results with the customer & you collaborate with multiple teams to resolve the issue raised by the customer. Identify opportunities to reuse work done and optimize process. Requirements: Focus on quality . Ability to perform repetitive actions with high accuracy. Awareness or ability to learn and understand data formats such as XML, JSON Enjoy working with solutions that automate processes. Good command of English, both verbal and in writing Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Eagerness to learn.
