Monotype is a pioneering technology company at the forefront of AI innovation in fonts. We are currently seeking a motivated and curious AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing state-of-the-art AI/ML solutions to address real-world challenges. This position is based in the Delhi NCR area. **What you will be doing:** - Designing, developing, and testing AI/ML models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques. - Preparing and pre-processing data for model training and evaluation. - Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to define project requirements and success metrics. - Deploying and monitoring models in production environments. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and development. **What we are looking for:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. - Strong grasp of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques. - Knowledge or understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (Python, R). - Familiarity with data wrangling and manipulation tools (pandas, NumPy). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A keen interest in continuous learning and exploring new technologies. **Preferred Skills:** - Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, and other AI-related domains. - Knowledge or understanding of generative AI models, particularly Stable Diffusion. - Published research papers or contributions to the AI/ML community are advantageous. - Knowledge or understanding of building and deploying ML pipelines. Monotype is expanding globally, and proficiency in one or more of the following languages (German, Japanese, French, Spanish) is desirable but not mandatory for this role.,
