Communication & Parent Partnership: Establish and maintain open, regular, and positive communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and classroom activities. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share strategies for home-based learning support. Address parent queries and concerns professionally and empathetically. Collaboration & Professional Development: Collaborate effectively with co-teachers, assistants, and other school staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Contribute to school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities. Health & Safety: Adhere to all school policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
