Role & responsibilities Ensures train performance fulfils customer and regulatory requirements, in compliance with project Quality Cost Delivery (QCD) objectives. Develops a consistent set of train level requirements &specifications, complying with Alstom standards Is accountable of the source requirements synthesis (RBS), the train level performance requirementsdevelopment through system architecture and of their allocation to sub-systems. Supports System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers and ensures that Sub-Systems design is convergingtoward specifi c targets. Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive electrical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You'll lead the design and development of electrical harnesses for train looms and electrical cubicles, making a significant impact on our projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including Train Electrical Engineers, Electrical Design Leaders, and Integration Engineers), manage and mentor your team, and much more. You'll specifically take care of validating electrical apparatus within cubicles, ensuring adherence to the Preferred Parts List (PPL) and project requirements, but also overseeing the delivery of high-quality electrical cases or sets of electrical deliverables. We'll look to you for: Developing and designing electrical harnesses for train looms and cubicles Understanding and analyzing train electrical architecture Validating electrical components in line with PPL and project needs Managing and mentoring a team effectively Maintaining high-quality delivery standards and on-time delivery Implementing continuous improvement and Return on Experience (REX) from previous projects All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
