Maintenance Manager (JOB CODE - WBMMT) Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Experience 10 to 15 years relevant experience in maintenance of highway projects with 5-7 years as maintenance manger Job Description Plan, schedule, execute & assure quality of all inspections & maintenance during the O&M period. Responsible to maintain the carriageway pavement & road marking, signages/ road amenities/ fixtures & safety barrier, vegetation / landscape and turfing / slope protection, drainage along & across the project highway, inspection of all drainage structures / bridges & retaining wall, grade separator structures, toll plaza / other building of the project truck lay bay and bus shelters / other project facilities. Being a member of the ERP team as per the scheduled deployment defined by the project manager from time to time. Responsible for all design, specifications for material, work & equipments to be used in the maintenance works. Responsible for site investigation, inspection, testing, site evaluation.
