Your role will involve scaling user acquisition and retention, collaborating closely with product and business development teams to stimulate adoption and usage. Your responsibilities will encompass ownership of the entire growth stack, encompassing performance marketing, narrative development, and data-driven experimentation. This position necessitates a blend of strategic planning and hands-on implementation, with a strong focus on establishing scalable systems. You will have the opportunity to manage a team of 4 individuals within a company of 15 employees. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading growth initiatives at a perpetual DEX or crypto-native trading platform, demonstrating tangible results beyond isolated campaigns or airdrops. An essential attribute for this role is a high level of agency and personal trading experience. Key responsibilities associated with this role include defining and spearheading the go-to-market (GTM) and user growth strategy, overseeing a high-performance growth team, launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (organic, paid, partner, referral), contributing to VDEX's market positioning in collaboration with content, product, and design teams, analyzing user behavior to drive strategy and refine key metrics, enhancing onboarding processes, retention rates, and trading volumes in conjunction with product and business development, and representing the growth function in external partnerships, fundraising efforts, and strategic planning.,
