As the Global Reporting - Liquidity Reporting VP at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank understands the profitability of each business activity and the resource commitment involved in client transactions. Your responsibilities include overseeing liquidity and treasury reporting, collaborating with various divisions to manage liquidity risk efficiently, and leading the implementation of innovative business change solutions. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for external regulatory liquidity reporting, act as a process owner for strategic sourcing impact assessment, and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving operational and regulatory risks, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting business strategies and values. Additionally, you will manage tough people decisions, address performance issues, and assist teams in addressing queries from regulators and stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 16 years of experience in finance, preferably in banks, securities firms, or investment banks. Knowledge of trading products, valuations, and control processes is preferred, along with prior experience in a controllership role. Strong communication, analytical, time management, and drive for process improvement are essential soft skills required for this role. A qualified accountant with relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or an MBA in Commerce would be well-suited for this position.
