About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calling: Make cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business. 2. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects based on their EXIM solution needs. 3. Pitching & Sales: Explain TradeReboot's EXIM solutions, handle objections, and close deals. 4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. 5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategies. 6. Targets & KPIs: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
