Job Title: State Lead - Sales & Customer Acquisition (B2B Exporters - Punjab) Location: Ludhiana / Jalandhar / Amritsar Territory: Punjab Region Role Overview: As the State Lead - Sales & Customer Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Xindus in Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and Amritsar. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and managing relationships with B2B exporters across various categories. Your responsibilities will include achieving regional revenue targets, implementing local go-to-market strategies, and serving as the primary liaison for Xindus with exporters in Punjab. Key Responsibilities: B2B Exporter Acquisition: - Identify and onboard high-potential exporters from key industrial clusters - Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, demo, negotiation, conversion Regional Market Development: - Establish strong connections with export councils, industry associations, and EXIM consultants - Represent Xindus at trade events, expos, and local ecosystem meetings - Identify regional trends and provide feedback loops for product and operations teams Customer Success & Growth: - Ensure seamless onboarding and guide exporters through their initial shipments - Collaborate with internal teams to address logistics, documentation, and compliance challenges - Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities What We're Looking For: - 3-6 years of experience in B2B export sales, international logistics, or trade tech - Strong network or understanding of Punjab's exporter ecosystem - Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to travel locally Why Join Xindus: - Contribute to India's global trade movement - Gain exposure to cross-border trade, technology, and international business - Opportunity for growth into zonal/national leadership roles If you are interested in supporting B2B exporters in their global growth journey, please send your resume to samreen@xindus.net and talent@xindus.net,
