The position is based in Udaipur-Rajasthan and as a Sales, Customer Service & Origination representative, you will have the following responsibilities: - Assign monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to distributors in your territory and ensure they are met. - Strengthen trade relationships and execute all Trade/Consumer activations and Visibility merchandising activities. - Provide timely and high-quality feedback for all activities as per requirements. - Achieve Redistribution value and volume targets while tracking progress. - Ensure the availability of products through distributor sales forces at all relevant channels. - Expand the designated region and include new outlets accordingly. - Implement trading, discount, and sales terms set by the organization accurately. - Develop strong business relationships with distributors, trade, and key accounts in the assigned territories. Qualifications and Experience Required: - Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in the FMCG/Food industry with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience, previous experience in the FMCG segment is advantageous. - Proficiency in the local language is essential. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple dealers, SKU's, and teams. - Willingness to travel at least 20 days a month. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS-Office applications.
