As a Trade Operations professional specializing in the FX/MM domain, your role will involve ensuring timely completion of assigned transactions and tasks. It is crucial to organize your work effectively, escalate issues to senior team members when necessary, and address any stock or cash mismatches. Taking full responsibility for additional tasks or projects and handling client and stakeholder inquiries with clear and timely communication is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Organize work effectively to meet transaction deadlines - Identify and escalate issues to senior team members - Resolve stock or cash mismatches promptly - Take on extra tasks or projects responsibly - Handle client and stakeholder inquiries professionally Qualifications Required: - Experience using the Aladdin platform - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel In addition to the essential qualifications, it would be beneficial to have knowledge of derivatives and collateral management, experience in trade operations across various asset types, familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards, understanding of corporate actions, and awareness of operational risks in the transaction and asset lifecycle. Furthermore, you should actively participate in improving daily workflows, demonstrate effective planning and prioritization skills, make sound decisions in routine situations, efficiently manage your time, and be able to mentor junior team members. Prompt reporting of identified issues is highly valued in this role.
