The Senior Sales Manager leads the sales team to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for stock market advisory services. They strategize and execute sales plans, manage key client relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role demands leadership, strong market knowledge, and performance-driven execution.
Roles and Responsibilities Conduct structured training sessions on stock market concepts, including technical analysis, chart reading, indicators, and trading strategies. Develop and deliver engaging presentations using MS Office tools to educate clients on various aspects of the stock market. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in finance and economics to incorporate into training programs. Collaborate with team members to create comprehensive training materials, such as handouts, videos, and online courses.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Pitch products and services to potential clients and create customized proposals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts. Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events to represent the company.
