Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, audiovisuals, decor, travel, and accommodation. Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure cost-effective services. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution. Handle event marketing, promotions, and attendee communications. Supervise on-site event set-up, operations, and breakdown. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
