Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently. Handle booking inquiries while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Accurately manage and update information in the booking system. Provide outstanding service across all guest communication channels. Promote company facilities and ongoing promotions with a proactive up-selling approach. Maintain and update booking reports with timely and accurate data. Candidate Requirements: Education: Any Degree (minimum qualification). Languages: Tamil & English (Fluent) Hindi (Mandatory) Fluency in multiple languages will be an added advantage.
