We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Operations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing stock movement, coordinating financial processes, and managing documentation for domestic and export sales and purchases. Working closely with internal teams, you will handle ERP systems and ensure smooth execution of shipments while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. As a Supply Chain Operations Executive at ACE Green Recycling, you will be expected to: - Oversee stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory tracking for the plant and warehouse. - Conduct valuation and MTM reporting to support financial analysis. - Maintain Pre-processing Plant MIS to ensure data accuracy. - Collaborate with the accounts team and other internal stakeholders on reporting and resolving supply chain-related financial queries. - Ensure ERP record-keeping and stock reconciliation (Zoho ERP Preferred). - Manage the end-to-end export process for commodities, including contract preparation, sampling coordination, shipment booking, logistics tracking, and documentation flow with buyers and sellers. - Verify purchase documents and ensure timely updates in the accounting system. - Coordinate London Metal Exchange pricing updates with internal teams. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent experience. - 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in the recycling, manufacturing, or logistics sector. - Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Zoho preferred) for stock management, reconciliation, and documentation. - Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics, trade documentation, and financial processes. - Excellent coordination abilities to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, buyers, and financial stakeholders. - Strong analytical skills with a detailed-oriented approach to MIS reporting and financial tracking. - Flexibility to work across different time zones and willingness to travel when required.
