Candidate Profile: Proven experience in used vehicle procurement, valuation, and exchange processes. Strong exposure to tractor, commercial vehicle, or auto exchange ecosystems. Ability to negotiate, inspect, and finalise procurement deals independently. Well-versed with vehicle evaluation tools, exchange offers, and auction platforms. Comfortable working in field-based, rural/semi-urban markets. Strong local dealer network and sourcing knowledge are preferred. Key Responsibilities: Drive the procurement of traded-in vehicles through dealership exchange channels. Conduct vehicle inspections and valuation as per internal benchmarks. Manage all documentation, pricing, and compliance related to purchases. Ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround for sourced vehicles.
