To ensure the final compounds are shipped todifferent locations with zero error and shipment files, data files and otherdata base files are sent to client in a timely manner Updating targets in SaiSynth, track and sharethe weekly productivity details with TLs/GLs. Maintain and tracking the changes in Headcounton weekly basis. To validate RMs by coordinating with TLs onmonthly basis. Mapping resources to analytical tracker. Supporting PTLs in the preparation of allother project related documents (trackers, meeting minutes, shipment documentsand Medchem trackers), shipment tracking etc. Experience/Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry) with 1-4 years of relevant industry experience. Key Competencies (Technical, Functional &Behavioral): Technical: Well versed with MS office (powerpoint, excelin particular), handling MS teams, Zoom calls. Good communication skill (writing / speaking) Behavioral : Quick learner, Team Player
