You will be working as a key member of the Fund Operations team based out of New Delhi, India. This role requires a strong background in finance and accounts with a relevant qualification. Your main responsibilities will include handling investments, exits, cash management, Bridge availability, preparation of timely drawdown workings and distribution analysis, managing Partnership Agreement, preparing management fee and carry workings, supporting quarterly reporting and year-end audit processes, preparing data for dissolution of non-active funds/entities, assisting in setting up new funds, understanding LP side letters, replying to Limited Partner queries, catering to LP transfer requests, collaborating with the valuations team for fund level details, liaising with AP/AR team for settlement of fund expenses, providing compliance certificates to banks, preparing track records, quarterly movement of exits, data for review meetings, AIM/SAU decks, and working on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned. You are expected to have associate-level knowledge gained within a private equity firm, investment bank, or Big 4 Chartered Accountancy Firm in the Statutory Audit Domain focusing on financial services clients. An understanding of private equity principles, an MBA from a business school, or a qualification equivalent to a Chartered Accountant is required. As a team player, you should collaborate effectively, have a passion for sustainability, and be driven by values. In terms of personal attributes, you should be proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional administrative, organization, and time management skills. Being self-motivated, you should work autonomously, interact professionally with employees at all levels, prioritize workload effectively, meet deadlines, work well independently and as part of a team, and have proficiency in both written and spoken English.
