The HVAC Design Engineer position involves several key responsibilities. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of Submittal Reviews and Procedures within the Engineering/Contracting industry. Your expertise in HVAC systems, along with proficiency in AutoCad and Revit, will be essential for this role. Previous experience working on projects in the United States and familiarity with HVAC Design calculations using Trace/HAP are required. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, must be excellent. It will be your responsibility to ensure that Submittals and Shop Drawings are in compliance with the Plans and Specifications provided. You will be tasked with preparing engineering drawings using BIM/CAD platforms, establishing Systems for Bill of Materials/Quantity Take Off, and completing duties assigned by the Mechanical Engineering HVAC discipline lead. Efficiency and effectiveness in managing time and resources are crucial aspects of this role. Building and maintaining positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues, clients, visitors, and the public is also expected. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.,
