Traceability Lead - BA

Role Overview: As a Traceability Tooling specialist at Capco, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IRR (Integrity of Regulatory Reporting) Central Team and senior members of the IRR Programme. Your primary responsibility will involve ensuring end-to-end traceability back to regulatory rules. You will be instrumental in managing large datasets with various inter-dependencies using tools such as Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, SQL, Maria DB, and Qliksense. Your role will also include cleansing and validating manual submissions for data quality before loading them into the appropriate tooling. Your contribution will be vital in the successful implementation of Traceability within the IRR Central Team, focusing on cost management of the IRR PRA Programme. Key Responsibilities: - Support the IRR Traceability Data Lead in managing large datasets with inter-dependencies using Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, SQL, Maria DB, and Qliksense. - Cleanse and validate manual submissions for data quality, data validity, and data integrity before loading into relevant tooling. - Be an integral part of the IRR Central Team throughout the Traceability implementation process. - Contribute to the successful cost management of the IRR PRA Programme as part of an intelligent and effective Central Team. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in managing large datasets with inter-dependencies using Excel, PowerQuery, VBA, SQL, Maria DB, and Qliksense. - Experience in cleansing and validating manual submissions for data quality and integrity. - Ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets, data storage, and ETL. - Proven experience in data analysis with programming skills in Excel and data manipulation of systems interfaces. - Understanding of regulatory returns and/or large complex data models in the financial services sector preferred. - Previous experience as a Business Analyst, with a background in change roles being advantageous. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in tools for advanced reporting and MI to provide structured and effective solutions.
