Ensure compliance and accuracy in payroll General Ledger (GL) postings and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounting , especially in the context of payroll integration. Collaborate with major payroll vendors (e.g., ADP, Strada, EY) to validate calculations, integration, and country-specific nuances. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior testers and stakeholders across regions. Qualifications & Skills: 6+ years of experience in payroll testing with at least one end-to-end payroll transformation project. Hands-on experience with SAP HCM and Workday payroll integrations is a must. Strong domain knowledge in GL and P&L accounting for payroll .
