Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, referential integrity, and transformation rules. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced environments with iterative delivery. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Good to Have: Exposure to BI tools like Cognos, Tableau, etc. for end-user report validation.
