Job Description: You will be responsible for drawing preparation, which includes Duct/Pipe sizing and modeling, schematics/control diagrams, and schedules. Having basic sheet setup experience will be an added advantage. Additionally, you should have basic experience in calculations such as Ventilation, Heat load, Unit static & RFI response. Your role will involve extensive modeling/drafting experience and a basic knowledge of all MEP streams & MEP coordination. It will be your responsibility to ensure that deliverables meet requirements by clarifying quality and accurate output, following internal quality processes. You should have experience with healthcare, residential, and commercial projects. Resolving customer concerns on assigned work while maintaining responsiveness is crucial. Following QC processes and implementing review comments will also be part of your duties. If any issues arise, you are expected to escalate them to the Reporting Manager for corrective and containment actions to be initiated promptly.
